Kain was a Groomsman at a recent wedding, and when he contacted me to organise a maternity shoot, I thought it was a little unusual to hear from the father to be, instead of expecting mumma. He then revealed he wanted to propose to Kass during their shoot, and I couldn't help but be extra, extra excited for them! Starting a family is already such a huge milestone worth celebrating, but doubled with a proposal, was just the best!

Kain and I came up with a secret cue which would tell him it was time to drop to one knee to pop the question. I told him we would do a back to back pose, and after that, he would get in position as I took some solo photos of Kass, and then I'd ask them to turn back towards each other.

Disclaimer ~ the bump comparison was all Kain 😂

Upon turning around, Kass dropped the F bomb in disbelief, followed by happy tears, hugs and shaking hands 😭 Oh my goodness, do I have the best job in the world or what???

What a privilege it is to be surrounded by love in so many forms!

Biggest congratulations Kain & Kass! I can't wait to meet your baby in a few weeks!!!
