There’s not a lot of venues in Perth I haven’t been to in my 20 year career as a Perth Wedding Photographer. So when I found out Natalia & Karim were getting married in a church I’d never been to before, I was extra excited, but also curious as to what could possibly make up the 90 minute ceremony! It was definitely different to the many other Orthodox ceremonies I’ve photographed, but I adored the part of the service where the couple’s heads are touching. The symbolism was beautiful.
Ceremony formalities aside, the entire wedding party was full of energy and excitement, and I think it’s safe to say Karim was grinning from ear to ear all day, and completely smitten with Natalia. The vibe of the reception was phenomenal with live music, fireworks and plenty of celebrations. I would happily shoot weddings like these every weekend!
Congratulations Natalia & Karim, and thank you so much for letting me come along for the ride. Erica xx
