What a BIG, beautiful wedding! Melissa and Marco live in Melbourne, but had the wedding here as Mel’s family is mostly in Perth.

Their wedding ceremony was at St Anne’s Church in North Fremantle (air conditioned thank goodness!!! It was 40 degrees), followed by their wedding reception at the Pan Pacific Perth. It looked amazing! Melissa spent 12 months planning and designing the concept of all the decorations and styling, and Touched by Angels did a wonderful job bringing Melissa’s vision to life. It was perfect. I hadn’t done a wedding there since it was the Sheraton, and it looks fantastic now!

Melissa’s Mum made her wedding gown, which was made of 2 layers. As the dancing started throughout the night, Melissa whipped off the bottom layer, to run her wedding gown into a short party dress! Such a great idea! The dance floor was packed all night long. It was so much fun to see everyone having such a great time.

The cake and bonbonniere chocolates were made by family members. For a wedding of 280 people, 1000 baci chocolates were made in 2 days! Now that’s dedication!

Despite the heat on the heat on the day, it was a gorgeous wedding, with beautiful families, a hilarious Father of the Groom, a Bride that loved the camera, and a very handsome Groom.

Thanks Melissa and Marco for choosing me to share your wedding day with you and your families and friends.

Much Love, Erica xxx
